I originally put a 1 star review, and came back to change it to a 3. The 1 star did not give enough appreciation for the actual therapist. She was amazing, she heard our concerns and we all were working towards a plan. We are self pay and have paid for any missed appts. I gave a 24 hour notice of us needing to pause coming for a week to have our insurance kick in on the 1st. WE ASKED TO HOLD FOR ONE WEEK. My son has had 2 appointments with this place so far and I have nothing but great things to say. It’s clean, the therapists are so friendly and it feels so welcoming.
Lia Downs worked with my son to help with potty training. She made everything fun for him, and he was always excited to go to therapy. Lia is great!
