Horrible customer service and outright useless when needed. Youre either greeted with someone who actually seems nice but fail to do what you need or ask politely, or someone who's either rude or comes off as passive aggressive and sounds like they cant wait to end the call. The amount of times I've had a lock placed on my account within 4 years is ridiculous and unacceptable. There is absolutley nothing wrong with having a on the ball detection system, but it's a problem when this system deems regular transactions as potent... read more

Lisa Huntley went above and beyond helping me save hundreds of dollars a month consolidating my debt. She was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and friendly. Five stars for Lisa!
Not recommended for loans. They charge you interest on a $0 balance. And then charge you a $5 "convenience fee" to pay a $1.25 balance online.
