We could not have had a more perfect spa experience at the falls spa. Beautiful day, views, gorgeous complementary tray bake and smoothie and I can’t thank Naomi enough for my pregnancy massage - she was kind, gentle and so thoughtful and you could tell she really wanted me to have the best experience. Can recommend enough!
What was meant to be a relaxing experience didn't really hit the mark for us the "No Mobile Phone policy" not being adhered to by guests or strictly implemented by the staff. Why can't people just leave their phones in their lockers for a few hours FFS every Tom Dick and Tracie takings pics and videoing constantly made us feel really uncomfortable everywhere you looked someone pointing a camera in your direction! Loved this, nice little treat
Not somewhere I would visit again. I've been to much better spas and felt relaxed. The champagne was very cheep tasting and over priced. I left more stressed than when I arrived. I felt very uncomfortable with how busy it was I could not even enjoy using the pool. Other people I spoke to agreed
WOW! Amazing spa experience and treatment. I had the lovely Ella for the Falls Delux Trio. She was so lovely and give the most amazing message and facial. So relaxing and calming.
