I had my first massage ever here about a month ago. Without really knowing what to expect it was very enjoyable and relaxing. I just went back yesterday for a facial and another massage. Both were wonderful and I will definitely return as regularly as I can. The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful.
I have seen Jenny countless times at Falls Day Spa. She has always went above and beyond to explain the products she is using and why they will benefit my skin. I have seen fabulous results with the pumpkin peel specifically. I was in awe that something so natural and smelling so wonderful could deliver such fabulous results! Thank you Jenny!
Not the "Spa" experience I was expecting. – I was not a big fan of the facial I received here. The end result was fine (softer, smoother skin) but getting there was not relaxing at all. The room was so small that every movement resulted in the table being bumped, bottles were opened next to my ear, and worst of all was the feeling of the whole thing being rushed. Great Spa! :) – I have known Jenny for several years, and when she opened her spa I couldn't wait to try it! She's been doing my facials for years now, and I have enjoyed my experiences there. The last time I went I also received a massage from Nicole (best massage of my life!) and a spa pedicure. Nicole was amazing and very professional. I was also impressed with the woman who did my pedicure, although I don't remember her name. She was very informative and I felt like I learned a lot and was able to relax.
AMAZING MASSAGE! – Nicole is amazing. It is SO hard to find a good massage therapist and she is awesome. I like deep tissue, I DONT like paying someone to just rub some lotion in on my back. I want a good deep tissue massage and she knows all the right places to put pressure and where not to put pressure (like on your bones!) I have had too many crappy massages and had to pay $70 + dollars....ridiculous. They are great
