Great service, very easy
Worked with Chase and he was super helpful! Custom ordered a ring and was very happy with what we got! Needed to resize and make some adjustments but customer service was very responsive and we were able to get the rings back pretty quickly!
Amazing to work with! A quick call, a personalized back and forth with a designer, and we quickly had an amazing ring for much less than a name-brand jeweler.

Very pleased with my experience here; we had a change we needed to make to the engagement ring as it had a sharp edge. They were able to knock the fee down from $200 to $20 without us even having to ask. We worked with Jake and he was very helpful and responsive. We went through them to do the wedding band too and it turned out beautiful. They gave us exactly what we asked for.
