Been waiting for few weeks now for call back for estimate on my order and when our order can be done yet still no call.. Called numerous times left voice-mail and still no call and noone answers the phone.. We also have gone up to the store and is now never open during their business hrs.. Not impressed..
Mitchell at The Factory is great! I get my vinyl from him for all my projects. I call or text and he always has it ready for me. Highly recommend The Factory!
