The selection and quality of the furniture is top-notch. Lori was extremely helpful showing us around the store and discussing the design and alternative materials of the furniture making process. Decided on a beautiful office chair on this visit and I’m sure we’ll have it for a long time. I surly recommend purchasing furniture from The Factory!
