Ryan is an excellent employee who helped us every step of the way. He had lots of patience and was very pleasant.
Beautiful, well made furniture! We specifically went for outdoor furniture and was not disappointed. Their poly furniture selection is outstanding and we wound up buying more than expected. Bonus was the amazing sale they were having. We know this will last a lifetime and won’t require any upkeep or maintenance. Ryan was great, very knowledgeable, personable and patient. USA made furniture and huge selection for inside and out.

Tim our sales representative was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with our purchase. Ryan who scheduled our delivery and the two installers were true professionals. It was a pleasure doing business with The Factory and we have already placed another Furniture Order.
Ryan was extremely helpful and knowledge. It was easy to pick out a fan from a multitude of options and they were accommodating when selecting options and downrods.
