Penny is great as an esthetician! If this review were based on those skills alone, it would be 5 stars!! However, I was forced to give 3 stars based on her business practices. Just be forewarned that she is forgetful and disorganized; it seems as though she could benefit from a personal assistant to help keep on top of the business side of the house. I have been coming to Penny for many years. During those years, I have learned more about the specifics of skin care, as well as the importance of which products we use, than I ever thought I could. I feel confident that there is no better qualified, more thorough, compassionate, knowledgeable, considerate or thorough anesthesian anywhere. She has the experience and determination to be the best.
