Glasses were expensive but nose pad fell off. had to wait two weeks for new pad and charged me 20.00. Lens fell out because lens was not properly fitted. I am not impressed with the high cost, low quality and poor service. I feel ripped off and will not shop here again.
Set an appointment to get a check up done. Was very easy to do and the appointment was great. The doctor was very helpful during the exam. Worked out because I wanted a spare pair of glasses and finally got prescription sunglasses. Jasmine helped me out with picking my new frames and lenses and she really knows her stuff. She made sure they were a good fit for my big head. Strongly recommend asking for her if you go!
I had 1:40 pm appointment. A guy comes in for his 2:40 pm appointment. I joked with my friends i'd get when he's supposed to. The joke wasn't very funny when I got in at 2:50 pm. The eye doctor spends max 5 minutes with me. I found out it's $50 to measure pupillary distance, which is insane. Only good about this place is that it's better then the Superstore Optical. At least the staff here answered my questions.
Just left my second visit, I cannot say enough good things about our experience!! They were so patient, gentle and went above & beyond for my 2 small kids for their eye exam. The eye doctor is patient and spoke so gently & clearly to the kids meanwhile the ladies in the front made it such a fun experience for both my kids. Thank you sooo much!! Highly recommend!
