Great service with super friendly people.
I love the team at eyewear warehouse! I get so many compliments on the glasses that I’ve bought. I’ve even bought the same pair twice! Talk about selection!
Bought a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses with prescription lenses. Found out later that the lens on one side kept falling out. The staff here admitted that they had cut it too small and would have to order a new lens. They insisted that I had to pay $50 for the new lens even though it was their own mistake.
Sevice is shady... They do not have the capabilitys to do contact priscriptions so dont bother if thats what your looking for. The poor customer service here isnt worth the discounted goods they sell. PLEASE IF YOU READ THIS TAKE YOUR BISSNESS JUST A FEW STREETS AWAY. PUT THE MONEY YOU WILL HAVE TO SPEND ON SUPPORTING PPL THAT ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR EYE SIGHT.
