I moved to Olds almost 4 years ago and I needed new glasses, I have had many compliments on my glasses, so naturally I went back again. The staff are always so friendly and take their time with me as I love trying on glasses. The funkier, the better. Carrie helped me this time and she's fabulous always smiling and staff is always happy to see you. Great service, lovely staff, fabulous products, I'll be back for sure.
I’ve given up. They’re happy to fix their mistakes—but there are just too many. The first time, back in 2019, I got new glasses with transition lenses because I was moving to a sunny country. Got there and realized they never gave me transition lenses. A year later, when I returned, I had to pay to get the transition put in.
