Drove all the way to orange after I called to check about a certain brand of glasses. They didn’t have them and were not helpful at all. Very disappointed..

They sold my mother-in-law children's glasses. They said, "She picked them out." Yeah, everyone picks their own frames. You are supposed to be there to show frames, do fittings, and help out. Telling her they were children's frames would have sufficed. I guarantee she would have "picked" a different frame. Needless to say, they suck (the frames AND The Eye Place). They don't do satisfaction guarantees either. 100%, go elsewhere.
