I understand when there is an emergency that arises - but at the very last minute Alina messaged me that an "emergency arose and can we reschedule"? I was already in the car driving and had to pull over to answer her - which I did - three times - with no reply. Very poor way to run a business. Will never schedule again.

My daughter came in today for a brow wax and tint. She said it was very calming and relaxing. Alina was very nice and the ambient music was very soothing. She is very happy with her service.
