The only reason I'm giving them two stars is because Ken and Ollie are the best things that ever happened to this facility. Otherwise expect that your family member will be stolen from and that you will be called a liar because you reported that the stuff was stolen. Be prepared for them to have your loved one waiting an hour plus to go to the bathroom or to get any kind of water or snacks. My five stars go to the social worker, Stephanie! My father going into a nursing home was a complete 180 for him, and myself. Stephanie played a vital role in making sure I knew what was going on, what was needed, and how to get it done. If she didn't have the answers or wasn't able to help, she pointed me in the direction of someone who could. She was the first social worker on his case that gave me clear and concise advice and got us moving in the right direction.
