Respectful, professional, caring, communicative & responsive all describe our experience with the Estates at Linden and Estates at Greeley. The care my mother received in her final months was great. The staff worked with our family to meet mom's needs, health and prescription services were arranged and reviewed with changes made to react to her declining health. I would recommend the facilities to anyone needing short or long term care. The staff is tremendous.

Bernadette, Mike, and Lisa, upper management staff… Should not have a job. Very unprofessional, unpleasant, Rude, Not truthful, Did the very least of what was expected of them. Incompetent!! The grounds, Patio area is a complete disaster. Not kept up at all.. Cleaning crew did an excellent job! The younger team members were also very pleasant and helpful. I would not send my worst enemy to this place.!!

I just retired from Linden last year after working there for 38 years.. My Mom was a resident there before she passed away.. They have wonderful staff there and the residents are pretty special as well!! They make you feel so welcome and I must say they are family!! They always make me feel welcome when I stop in to visit!! You are all the best!! Keep doing what you do best!!

August/ September 2024 My dad was there for rehab after hospital stay. We felt they were keeping him hostage because they kept him longer than insurance would pay leaving us feel deceived. Now having to pay a large bill. Not clear or pleasant communication with the director. She Seemed bothered. My dad's wife felt she needed to be there all day to make sure he was cared for properly.

Website is deceiving. Those pictures were taken several years ago and the building is not in good condition now. Parking was awful. Director deceived me into thinking our insurance company would pay for my husband’s stay by telling me they “extended” his stay at least twice. We ended up with a $2000 bill. I felt I had to stay with him all day because calling a nurse or aide didn’t work out well. Very understaffed. Would not recommend this place.
