Mother-in-law is staying there, in hospice. Very clean, doesn't smell like urine as soon as you walk in, no call lights going off unanswered. The staff are super nice and helpful, and there was someone in their room every 5 - 10 minutes. If someone was there checking on her, they also checked on the roommate and vice versa. Staff were very, very attentive. Please reconsider sending your loved ones here. My mother came here after yet another hospital stay. She has been in and out of TCUs for the past year. This is the 3rd place, we did not know she was coming here until she arrived. To our horror, this place is physically ran down and grim. They staff seem kind, but also overworked and overwhelmed. This place is horrific. Do not put your loved ones in this place. It smells and the staff does not care about these patients. The floors are dirty along with the walls. The smell is unexplainable. It’s very run down. And the food looks like frozen microwave meals. Every inch of this place is filthy. There is clutter everywhere. I cannot believe this place is running. Run. Do not trust these people with your loved ones if you care about them. 0 stars. Do not recommend!
