If I could rate this facility 0 stars I would. I am disgusted by not only the filth, the lack of care, the absolute ZERO security. Spiderwebs and leaves all in and around the window. Beds unmade. Dirty, sticky floors with spills clearly left and uncleaned. Dirty trash cans left without trash bags. Employees raising their voices at patients telling them they aren’t going to cry. Patients left without water. Overall. Disgusting facility. Inattentive workers. Dirty rooms. I’m pretty sure some of this stuff violates health codes... read more

Staff is friendly, therapy is helpful, and activities are fun.
Great people and treated good but needs more activities on the weekend.
