My 10-day stay was most pleasant with very effective therapy methods. Staff was friendly and enjoyable. All in all, a great place to rehab.
A friend of mine is currently at this facility. She is wheelchair bound and can not move her arms or legs. THEY LEFT HER IN BED, UNABLE TO MOVE AT ALL, UNTIL 1530 IN THE AFTERNOON!!! Despite her begging and pleading for the nurses to help her. Her urine bag was full and noone would empty it so she couldn't use the bathroom. She now has a new sore on her bottom. Needs to be shut down asp stuff horrible
If I could rate this facility 0 stars I would. I am disgusted by not only the filth, the lack of care, the absolute ZERO security. Spiderwebs and leaves all in and around the window. Beds unmade. Dirty, sticky floors with spills clearly left and uncleaned. Dirty trash cans left without trash bags. Employees raising their voices at patients telling them they aren’t going to cry.
