Thank you to the wonderful caring & suppurative staff for both of us! They are creative to involve residents in activities & meals were always well prepared & good.
I’m not one to leave reviews but I felt the need to do this review. My grandfather was sent to the estates of Delano on Hospice care. Upon arrival we were greeted by the Director of Nursing and we were shown to my grandpas room as we arrived before he did. This room was hot and muggy and had a strong urine smell. The Director of Nursing was very nice and offered to bring us some more chairs as there was 5 of us there.
