1 star Update: I was told by Kristin she would review the billing that was clearly padded. That was in January and haven't heard back yet. One star is given as I am pleased to have my affairs finally in order....but, Kirsten should've explained the different trust options rather than me trying to navigate them on my own....I was, expecting her expertise.
