09/02/2022 June 21, 2020 My mother passed away. She had hired the EPG to handle her affairs and create a trust. The trust named me, the eldest of 3 children, as the Trustee. Their office did not forward me a copy of the trust for reasons never shared with me to this date. August 1, 2020 I sent their office a letter stating my sister could list and sell the property she had left us, as she is local and I live out of state.
