I have used Lisa Dennis and The Escrow Source for multiple transactions, and quite complicated transactions at that. I have always received diligent quality service from both Lisa and the other staff at the Escrow Source
I agree with the previous post - they are a small time operation that can't compete or keep up with other escrow companies. We've used two other escrow companies in the past and both outperformed this company in terms of responsiveness, convenience, and customer service. Escrow Source charged extra for standard conveniences that other companies provide such as a courier service and mobile notary.
