I hired this attorney for multiple matters (child custody, a GM/lemon-law related issue, and a property-related matter). In my experience, none of these reached a completed resolution before she withdrew from any case. In my child custody case, I paid $7,500 for her work less than a month before she withdrew, and she withdrew less than two weeks before trial. Working with Jennifer was a challenging experience. Communication was minimal and often one-sided, and it consistently felt as though their time was valued above mine. Professionalism, in my view, should include clear communication, mutual respect, and consideration for all parties involved. Unfortunately, that was not reflected here, which made the process more difficult than necessary.

As several others have mentioned in these reviews, once she’s paid she will go MIA and have all the excuses. I’m guessing my little case wasn’t a big enough money maker, but I have the emails and texts of me asking if she’s still able to take my case. I’ve now lost the opportunity to pursue my case, which leaves me in a pretty bad position.

Wish I was able to respond to Heaven Wagners review but just wanted to make sure since Ms. Errington decided to release her as a client after she realized a negative review was posted. Ms. Errington called as well as texted Ms. Wagner saying she’s been in communication with her and that’s not completely true. We have proof of continual texts from Ms. Wagner to Ms. Errington asking for updates.
