I got a call from Jeffrey a legal assistant only after about 10 minutes I gave him a call back. I talk to a woman who is a receptionist, she told me that Jeffrey was on a call to call back in 30 minutes. I called around 30 minutes, the receptionist told me she tried to reach Jeffrey twice and he didn’t answer. The receptionist was rude. She’s very unprofessional. Is that how you guys are at this law firm? If so, no thank you.
Poor experience with Josh. Similar to the poor experiences listed before me. How is he still employed by this firm? Because he owns it. Would not recommend.
Incompetent (almost missed an EEOC deadline, failed to add ADEA, didn’t encourage rebuttal…) You’ll pay double because he and his wife tag team.
Josh Erlich agreed to take my case and then rescinded his offer due to his misunderstanding of the case I thoroughly explained to him and his team. After waiting a weekend to hear back from him about whether or not he'd take on my case as originally agreed, he sent me an email to rescind his offer instead of calling me.
