I reached out to discuss two separate legal matters. I was initially told one consultation would be free, while the other would cost $500. When I declined to move forward with the paid consultation, I was told that the previously "free" consultation would now also require the $500 fee. This kind of last-minute change to pricing terms felt inconsistent and left me questioning the firm's transparency. I do not recommend this firm.
Josh and Heather represented me well. They are supportive and lead with compassion and strength. I found them to be a force to be reckoned with too - on your side all the way.
The consultation isn't so much a consultation as it is a yes or a no.
I contacted Erlich Law trying to find the right representation for whistleblower retaliation, and I wish I had sooner. The firm’s intake is thoughtful, asking questions upfront that helped me better understand and document my case. Josh devoted great care to understanding a complicated story and all the facts to best advise me. I recommend them without hesitation.
Very grateful for the Erlich Law team...I had a wrongful termination situation that could have easily been swept under the rug w/no accountability taken. So, I really appreciate Sam and Josh for taking the time to go down the road and see it through in my favor.
