Very poor delivery experience. I ordered and paid for two office chairs, including delivery. When I placed the order and spoke with the company, I specifically explained that I am not always at my office. I was told this would not be an issue and that, once the chairs were ready, they would contact me to organise delivery so I knew when they were coming. If you are an NDIS Participant BEWARE of this Company They Take NDIS Funds Provide a Product that is not of an Acceptable Quality and Do not Last a Reasonable Period of time when they get caught out they be deceptive and Dishonest and Instead of Doing the Morally and Legally Right Thing They drag there heels and Deflect Blame and want to waste more NDIS Funds Fixing something that shouldnt have broken in the First place ACCC NDIS and CBS are aware of this company
