If you are an NDIS Participant BEWARE of this Company They Take NDIS Funds Provide a Product that is not of an Acceptable Quality and Do not Last a Reasonable Period of time when they get caught out they be deceptive and Dishonest and Instead of Doing the Morally and Legally Right Thing They drag there heels and Deflect Blame and want to waste more NDIS Funds Fixing something that shouldnt have broken in the First place ACCC NDIS and CBS are aware of this company
Extremely kind, friendly and helpful staff. Accommodated for my communication needs. I was nervous about looking at mobility aids with very little experience but staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. Plenty of information and options. Very grateful.
This would have to be the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with! Would NOT recommend this company to anybody My father has terminal cancer (blood and bones) we ordered a chair from this place as “urgent” for my father as he is in constant pain. Chair measured and ordered - they said 6 week wait……. After several phone calls from us we were lied to saying “next week” on more than one occasion……. we waited 12 weeks!! Absolutely appalling!
