If you are in talks with Equitable about a loan I suggest you start by getting a laywer because you'll need it. get a second opinion. they stopped lending for over 1 and a half years due to all the bad lending they did, they might not even be lending still. This advice should be addressed by folks interacting with all equitable locations especially the Twin Falls and Mountain Home locations which now employ the worst of the worst which was originally found in Boise which preyed on folks all the way up beyond Ontario. shame o... read more
They are rude and have horrible customer service Revive also a total rip off!
Don't get a loan with these guys. They will harass you on a monthly basis regardless of the fact of your payment history WITH them. Just go some where else. Don't make my mistake. Thank God I won't have to deal with them for too long. #alwaysPayMoreThenTheMinimum
Had finance for a year and paid every pymt except second to last pymt due to hospitalization. Owed only $167 on balance and was told to skip pymt for month and pay in full next month. They never adjusted their records to reflect this agreement (violation of fair lending laws) and repossessed my vehicle showing 37 days late. Will take to court as I also had a co signer and they never attempted to contact that person either which violated the good faith to attempt to pay debt, another fair lending law violated......
