They are rude and have horrible customer service Revive also a total rip off!
Don't get a loan with these guys. They will harass you on a monthly basis regardless of the fact of your payment history WITH them. Just go some where else. Don't make my mistake. Thank God I won't have to deal with them for too long. #alwaysPayMoreThenTheMinimum
Had finance for a year and paid every pymt except second to last pymt due to hospitalization. Owed only $167 on balance and was told to skip pymt for month and pay in full next month. They never adjusted their records to reflect this agreement (violation of fair lending laws) and repossessed my vehicle showing 37 days late. Will take to court as I also had a co signer and they never attempted to contact that person either which violated the good faith to attempt to pay debt, another fair lending law violated...... Worst company ever...do not finance with them. Even if you are desperate for a vehicle it is not worth having it repossessed anyways. I have been with this company for 1.5 years and it is the worse finance company ever. They were supposed to be reporting it to the credit bureaus which did not happen. They have lost two payments that were certified by mail. They call the day your payment is due and will turn your car off even if it is two days past due. I needed a car but with very bad credit it was a difficult task getting financed. Even the "High Risk Auto Loan Companies" and "Buy Here Pay Here Dealerships" turned me down. I needed a miracle..
