I am a 79year man, I do a lot of gardening which causes me problems with my upper and lower back My first visit to Paula she said that she would concentrate on my upper back, she spent the full hour undoing the many knots in my shoulders and neck. I felt a bit sore the next day but it led to the whole of my back feeling much more relaxed and also a general feeling of well being. Paula is very good what she does and is also a very nice lady.
