phone service bad; email response non-existent. obviously don't care about customer service
Only good things to say about Entrust. They are easy to get started and have simple and reasonable fee structures. Highly recommended for real estate investing with your IRA.
Their phone service is terrible. Never got a call back, been on hold 20 plus minutes wlth no idea what the wait will be.

Happy to take your money but extremely difficult to get an answer about your account. My messages were passed off from one rep to another. Only because of the structure of my account do I keep using these guys but to be sure they have not earned my respect.
Entrust is a solid company with integrity. They provide an invaluable service, and they put the client's needs first.
At best this group is marginal. I wish i had other options for my investment. Their website is lousy and slow as Christmas. Their customer reps are lovely but terrible in execution.
