If only I could get them to return my phone calls or emails . . .
I tried to open an IRA account through their website and the system did not let me enter basic data nor accepted my US mobile phone number. It was so unfriendly to fill out that I could not complete it. This of course was a killing first impression and after reading the reviews from other customers I completely lost trust.
Fees are high and customer service is poor. Their employee turnover appears to be very high. As a result people on the phone come across as unknowledgeable and unhelpful. Hugh Bromma was one of the first to start SDIRA Real Estate Investing. Google him with "Entrust Admin". FYI I just received your email for service fee credits for referring new customers. It prompted me to warn friends, family and the public.
Criminals and Idiots. Over a decade ago, an Entrust franchisee sold a bunch of fraudulent securities, stealing several million dollars from dozens of investors. Police investigated, many lawsuits were filed, no money was recovered. Entrust didn't lift a finger to help. Dear Mitchel, Many years ago, The Entrust Group (Entrust) did have a franchise program. Neither Entrust nor its franchisees were or are a bank or broker; neither were they permitted to sell investments or provide investment advice. This was disclosed to every client doing business with any franchisee. Franchisees by definition are independent business owners responsible for their own actions. Customer service is very poor

The service is poor. You can never speak to a person. They take a very long time for a simple transaction. , rarely return phone calls.
