Needed a part from a faucet but had no success finding it online. The guys in the back were great and found what I needed. Even suggested calling the supplier direct and get the part for free, rather than charge me a fortune for it. Superb customer service and highly recommended

I bought a flapper, it didn’t work, the worker told me if it wasn’t working, I could return it. However, once I want to return, they refused. Never come again.

Wife and I visited Ensuite and we both left extremely satisfied with our first experience in the store.Probably the most satisfying purchasing trip of a two month reno. Salesperson Lisa was very helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. I was impressed by how competitive their prices were. Three quarters of our order was special order and Lisa has kept us up to date on shipments. It’s always a bonus when “shop local” turns into a positive experience.
