I was in the unfortunate situation to require an attorney to untangle a nasty real estate related issue. Mr. Enochs and Mr. Poindexter both assisted me. What I appreciated the most is they worked in partnership with me. Legal issues are not about what should happen or what should have happened, but getting to an achievable resolution, which I was able to achieve and move on with my business activity. Everyone in the office is pleasant, courteous and professional.

I had an appointment yesterday to discuss a possible lawsuit. When naming potential parties to the complaint, there was a conflict of interest. Despite that, Mr. Enochs spent 40 minutes with me explaining the principles behind settling a dispute, referred me to an attorney in my area who he felt could best handle my case, and refunded my consultation fee, even though he spent nearly an hour providing me with a plethora of information.
