Absolutely do NOT recommend. I spent over $800 on two engraved bottles and they sent bottles with torn and worn out labels. I was told that this "vintage" 2015 label was normal... I have never seen a bottle of Cristal for sale that has had a worn out label like this. They should have known better before engraving and sending OR should have said something prior to sending. They even agreed that engraved bottles are for display so it's not ideal but it wasn't covered by return policy. However, they could offer an $80 refund. T... read more
Incredible customer service. Called for a special order, received the bottle the next day and it looks fantastic. One hundred percent recommend.
Wanted an engraved bottle for an upcoming wedding that I'm attending. The bottle turned out amazing! One piece of advice though, definitely do not waste your money on the giftwrapping! It is not suitable for any event aside from a backyard bbq, that was my only disappointment.
