We were very impressed with The Energy People. From start to finish they were brilliant. From the experienced advice we received prior to commencement to the professionalism of the tradesmen who did the work, everything went smoothly. The new stove, oven and hot water system are working well. We can highly recommend The Energy People. They went over and above what we expected.
Andrew and the team quoted and installed a Reclaim heat pump hot water 315l. The price and service were great including sorting through all available rebates. The installation went very smoothly, no surprises and the site was left clean. I would highly recommend the Energy People!
After getting the keys to our new house, our solar hart system was in desperate need of a major service, causing our hot water to be lukewarm. After explaining our situation to the Energy People the ensured they were able to get a technician out asap. Two days later after and hour of work, we officially have hot water and one super happy family! Heath was incredible and was quiet and efficient! Thank you so much guys! ☺️

From initial engagement, site visit, installation and post installation site inspection, we were kept informed at every stage and the professionalism and responsiveness was perfect. Brad, James and Tom were easy to work. They were professional, courteous and helpful. The day of installation was well organised with multiple people on site. We received text messages advising who would be on site at the time expected.
The Energy People upgraded my gas water heater to an electric heat pump. They took care of rebates from the government and the electricity company. Their technicians did excellent work, and were very considerate. I'm very happy with their service.
