I’ve waited a few months after the installation of our ducted reverse cycle system to write this review, as I wanted to see how the system and the support worked. Really pleased to write that the Energy People were exemplary. Top notch support from all the team, particularly Brad and Nick. I had a fairly new hot water system installed by The Energy People cease producing hot water. As we had another hot shower system set up in the shed, I told them less than urgent. Two polite and professional tradies diagnosed the problem, and instituted a fix. No problems since (2 months). Charge for the work was reasonable. If they can keep this service level up, recommended!
We can't recommend The Energy People highly enough. They really know their stuff and followed up their quote with a flawless install. They recently replaced our ducted gas heating and non-functional evaporative cooling with zoned, ducted reverse-cycle air-conditioning. We got 6 quotes in all, due to some quotes recommending upgrading to 3-phase power (or not) and differing opinions on whether to go with 'zoning' (or not). Very confusing. Update: 28/4/2026. I recently had a new Sungrow home battery system and new solar panels put in, this was to take advantage of the rebate currently being offered by the government. I could not be happier with the professionalism, fantastic work (the job was so clean and it looks amazing) and friendly customer service from all at The Energy People. I normally don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience with the Energy team who installed the solar battery at my home. The experience was excellent from start to finish. I’m not an expert in solar systems, but when the team arrived, they took the time to kindly and clearly explain everything to me, including how the solar system and gateway work.
