I normally don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience with the Energy team who installed the solar battery at my home. The experience was excellent from start to finish. I’m not an expert in solar systems, but when the team arrived, they took the time to kindly and clearly explain everything to me, including how the solar system and gateway work. Daniel did an excellent job fixing our old solar hot water system. He was efficient , thorough and polite. It also saved us money. It was such a relief to know it was easy to fix as we have had quotes unseen stating it was broken, too old and can’t be fixed .i would highly recommend them and will be the first we call whenever anything else goes wrong. Thank you
Don’t bother. Great products and great price, but they couldn’t run a bath. I ordered more solar panels and an EV charger. After the usual misunderstandings about the install date, the panels were eventually installed and work well. The EV charger was another matter and is still not operating with full functionality. This is after several visits by technicians and calls to the help desk of the manufacturer. Why should the customer make calls to the manufacturer’s help desk? The staff were excellent! They got back to me the next day to arrange a quote. Once I'd accepted the quote, they were out the next day and job done. Special mention to Heath, who installed the hot water service. He is friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Thanks. Highly recommended:)
The Energy People are a great choice for heating, cooling, electrical and plumbing. It’s a large company with lots of trades available. All the staff we dealt with were professional, courteous and efficient. Highly recommended
