Love the energy that all instructors give, good tasting shakes/teas. Been to the cardio drumming classes, they are intense but also fun! Definitely let a lot of people in the community know about this place. #New-hobbies for better life.
Dear Becca C., your review is anything but helpful to the people of Battle Creek. Yes the Energy Nook is a club so the regulations are different, but the owner keeps the store very, very clean and uses ingredients that are healthy and nutritious. Herbalife, while not for everyone, is a great tool to help master the nutrition side of your life and it's soooo tasty. The owner has a lot of great flavored shakes and he offers workout classes at his attached studio. Great local fitness community to join!!!!
Watch out for this place. They are not regulated by the Health Department as they are a "Club".
