Beautiful store but awful customer service. I felt like i purposely felt ignored.
This is the nicest dedicated yarn shop in the Hudson Valley. I've been coming here since their grand opening and have enjoyed the community immensely. I highly recommend them to everyone from knew fiber artists to more seasoned. The owner, Sue and each of the staff have been so amazing. Any time I need support during open craft time or suggestions for a project they are ready to help and it seems they have classes and make along for everyone. This place is what’s happening! Shop workers are the sweetest and patient with my color/yarn selection. What a local yarn store should be. Visited boyfriend in Wurtsboro an hour away, and would gladly make the trip again. Love the local yarn that’s naturally dyed- going to knit the “Rosie Sweater” with this.
Very rude owners. I had a service dog and she denied us entrance. Didn’t know they could do that. Don’t bother with them. They are sooooo rude
