Life Transitions moved my mom out of the house she and my dad lived in for 30 years and into her new much smaller home. Everyone we worked with was wonderful. They took care of the packing (Kate and Karen were amazing) and unpacking. The property at Independence Villages Fishers East on Talblick could be a good facility for independent living but the carpet in the hallways is stained and dirty and needs to be replaced, the cleaning of apartments is poor and inconsistent and the maintenance service for repairs is slow and often goes unattended. This is unacceptable for the cost.
Touring the location made it easier to see how family could move there, be cared for, and become a part of the community.
