Anytime I’ve visited The Enclave at Chandler, I’ve had a great experience! The community is clean, well-maintained, and peaceful, and the apartments are comfortable and well designed. The location is also very convenient, close to shopping and dining while still feeling quiet. I especially want to recognize Marcia, the Executive Director, who is professional, approachable, and genuinely cares about the residents. Making a move like this is never an easy one. My parents moved to the Enclave in June and the kindness of everyone from administration to waitstaff to cleaning staff to the maintenance crew has been overwhelming. They have settled in and are very happy, content and (for my peace of mind) safe! The menu has enough variety that if you do not lije something there are plenty of other choices.
today was a fabulous day here at Enclave Chandler! We had a wonderful afternoon of entertainment, starting with the piano and violin duet and concluding with the saxophone Quartet. They were absolutely wonderful and I loved the Christmas songs they played. this has been a very good holiday week because Sunday evening we had musical entertainment from an elementary school, a middle school, and a high school. I really appreciate the holiday entertainment that we have been provided this week. Thank you.
I’m very disappointed in how I was treated today. I walked in to ask about an Angel Tree for the residents or a way I can donate and the lady was so rude from the minute we made eye contact. She didn’t even have the decency to greet me like a person and just gave me a dirty look until I asked my question. If she treated a stranger looking to make a donation like that I bet she treats the residents way worse. She is the reason nursing homes get a bad reputation because she was just nasty and hostile.
