I was visiting my grandparents today, I was appalled with the situation in the dining room. My grandparents expressed how unhappy they have been with the changes in the dining service. When we went there for dinner, my elderly grandparents were expected to serve themselves through a buffet style. AND THE FOOD WAS COLD. I want to know how they expect my grandparents to be able to serve themselves and make it to a table when they use a walker. My grandparents barely ate anything due to the quality of the food. RecommendedMy dad is very happy with this facility. The food is excellent and social programs a lot of fun. He loved the gym and exercise classes too.
