My dining table arrived and it’s been the highlight of my house .The details are amazing and the finishing touches so aesthetically appealing . There was a little delivery delay but hey ! the en gold customer service team they were really nice and helpful and completely compensated me. Will definitely be buying again 🤍

Just received my delivery today—a dining table and a coffee table and they look great! The two delivery guys handled everything with care and were incredibly nice. They completed the job quickly and smoothly, with excellent communication throughout. Thank you!

Be aware that the delivery dates listed on their website are misleading. The date shown is when they receive the item from their manufacturer—not when you’ll actually get it. Expect to wait at least one to two months longer than what’s advertised. When you ask for an update, they respond with long explanations about their internal processes instead of simply telling you when your order will arrive (literally the only thing that matters to the customer). I strongly advise anyone considering this store to stay away. I purchased a dining table here in July, and the staff clearly promised that it would arrive within 5 months. I accepted that timeline. (It's not my first time to buy a table in en gold. I just paid a deposit for the first time. Within a few weeks, the merchant told me that the table could be delivered and I needed to pay the full amount.)
