I had a great experience at this store. The selection was excellent and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. A special mention goes to the shop assistant, Noemi, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.
We had the absolute best experience with Noemi. She helped us massively in choosing the right furniture for our house and made what could have been an overwhelming process feel effortless and exciting. Deeply disappointed with En Gold. Our dining table delivery left visible scratches on our brand-new timber floors directly under where the delivery crates were placed. We immediately raised it, provided clear photos and a detailed timeline, and were met with months of emails where En Gold repeatedly hid behind their third-party freight provider and refused to accept any responsibility. Inaccurate lead times listed on the website, unhelpful support and even less helpful delivery coordination. I bought my item in early October. It said November on the website when I paid in full (not deposit, not pre-order discount, in full), when I enquired in November they sent me some long story about how it only arrives to them at the end of November and then it takes them 3 weeks to know if they have it, and another 3 weeks to ship it.
