This has, quite frankly, been one of the most disappointing customer experiences I have ever had with a company. I understand that delays can occur when sourcing furniture from overseas suppliers. However, what is completely unacceptable is the lack of communication and transparency with customers throughout the process. I’ve always had such a great experience with en gold thanks to Jesse. Living in Brisbane means I can’t see things in person, so I really appreciate how helpful and accommodating he is. Jesse always responds promptly to my questions, is happy to send through extra photos, and never makes me feel like I’m being a bother.
