Deeply disappointed with En Gold. Our dining table delivery left visible scratches on our brand-new timber floors directly under where the delivery crates were placed. We immediately raised it, provided clear photos and a detailed timeline, and were met with months of emails where En Gold repeatedly hid behind their third-party freight provider and refused to accept any responsibility.
