Customer service is fantastic! Noemi was very helpful in helping me secure a pre order item and assisting to note down that I would like to receive the item earlier if it were to arrive at the warehouse sooner as she could tell I was eager to get it. Purchased the Pila Plinths and could not love the product more. Great quality, timeless piece and the customer service is incredibly responsive. About to make my second purchase cannot recommend enough. Products are hand made and therefore made to order, I know the wait times can be a slight deterrent but I guarantee they are worth the wait.
Ordered for the first time with Engold! The tv unit looks incredible and exactly as we wanted. The Communication has been excellent throughout and their delivery team was exceptional. Updating me on arrival times and installing the piece. Really great work! Thank you! Would highly reccomend!
