Purchasing of the bike was top notch. but when it came to a warranty claim the day after i got the bike they didn't want to know me. Advise me they could sell me the new part. I declined and spent my money elsewhere. EDITED. The bike was less then 24 hours old Received bike Friday afternoon , rode it Saturday morning. I was in the middle of a 40 km charity ride when the bike failed. I took the bike to the closest bike shop to get a new chain ring so I could continue riding.
