Great service and honest price. Adam was extremely helpful to find the bike I needed went above and beyond with suggestions and taking measurements to make sure my online purchase was correct and found the parts I requested to upgrade too with the best price available. I definitely recommend using this guys.
My MTB (purchased elsewhere) was 2 years overdue for a service. Adam came, picked up my bike and had it done the next day. It came back looking and riding like new. Brakes are strong, gear indexing spot on, no more funny creaks. Adam also set it up for me best he could without a measure up. 5 stars for Adam!
Purchasing of the bike was top notch. but when it came to a warranty claim the day after i got the bike they didn't want to know me. Advise me they could sell me the new part. I declined and spent my money elsewhere. EDITED. The bike was less then 24 hours old Received bike Friday afternoon , rode it Saturday morning. I was in the middle of a 40 km charity ride when the bike failed. I took the bike to the closest bike shop to get a new chain ring so I could continue riding.
