I purchased a Focus e-MTB from Adam and the service was good. However as I live more than an hour away I think the team need to re-think their service offering. I had the seat start to peal away at the rear, this was an after market saddle purchased from the store and clearly usage not a tear, I sent photos and video footage but the solution was to bring it in and go through the warranty process.
