Honest, trustworthy and very straight forward. You will know exactly where you stand and what direction you should go. They will not run up your bill with chit chat or unnecessary communication. If you need a hand holder this is not your firm. That being said, they do not lose site of the end goal, which is to protect, defend and get the best outcome for their client.
As of right now I wouldn't recommend them to my enemy! The communication sucks and you can never get in contact with your attorney. I call once in a blue moon just to get an update on my case and can't even get that little piece of information. Twanna or whatever her name is (that's how much I don't get to talk to her but she suppose to be my lawyer) is never in the office. Like how is she even still employed??
I am never able to get a hold of my lawyer. It is pulling teeth for a response. I am always leaving messages and sending emails. I have been going thru this adoption process for a year and Chris Hall has not been able to fill out this form correctly. Every time he completes this form and files with the court it is sent back due to not being completed correctly.
