My older cousin is currently a resident. Short term, rehabilitating for her hip. She has been left without her call light (safety) and therefore left without a way to call for bathroom assistance. She was left to sit in her own waste for nearly 2 hours! That is negligence! Also compromised skin integrity and infection control. She has been told by staff they don't have time to help her and she ends up having to wet/soil herself. My relative was here. It smelled of urine and his room was not clean. He had an old dirty mattress on the floor near his bed incase he fell out of bed. Horrible the food was processed and i felt bad feeding it to him Tjis place could do much better but physical therapy was very good. The people cared in that dept. Not fit for an animal let alone a close relative. Pretty sad.

I really wish I had a photo to attach. This place is filthy at best! It absolutely wreaks of urine and appears that cleaning and mopping the floors is not a thing ever. There is 1 aide that is amazing but obviously he can’t work 24/7. My family member pushed the call button for help as they had wet the bed. A 1/2 hour later my husband went in search of someone as no help came. Finding said help took just about as long. Over an hour later they get him cleaned up? This is totally unacceptable!
