Our appointment was easy to make, receptionist was friendly, and at time of appointment we were greeted promptly, and warmly. We were given a thorough introduction and explanation of what we wanted to do and able to accomplish our objectives on our first visit. We will finalize our documents on our upcoming appointment.

Attorney Ryan and legal assistant Julie were friendly and most importantly, knowledgeable. My wife and I are clients, so the meeting we had was chargeable. But we decided, upon their advice, that, as we thought our Trust did need updating. Consequently we weren't charged for our meeting. They are doing that. We're pleased with that of course, but more importantly we got good information, clearly explained (no lawyerese), and will have confidence that our trust will do as we intend.

I am very pleased with the service and kindness shown by the staff here. We were given what I feel to be very honest information simply by the fact that we were told a lot of what I expected to need done was not necessary and we would not need to incur the extra expense. These people are top notch in my opinion.
