I went to your Grande-Digue location on July 20th to top up my 20lb propane tank. It was half empty. The cashier nor propane attendant communicated to me that I would have to pay for a full tank even though my tank was only half empty. Alot of assumptions were made by your staff and me, and left a bad taste in my mouth. Is it not typical business practice to pay for the amount purchased to fill the tank? Lesson learned.
