I went into this home today to provide a professional service to the home. We were greeted with a smile by Vicky.. whilst we were there it was observed on how the staff interacted with the residents and how the residents with varying capacities were smiling and happy. Kayleigh and Vicky were very helpful and knowledgeable about their residents and interactions between them and the residents created a calmness. The home was clean and welcoming. My Mum is Happy, safe and well cared for. She loves the staff and is is grateful for the treatment with respect and dignity as she ages. Iy's a tough job and carers are special people.
