The aides and nurses amwere kind and did a great job . The phone system I was told by workers hadn’t worked for ages . No one answers or returns calls . Cleanliness ?? Activities .almost non existent. Very poor communication with administration.
Residents seemed to be well groomed and happy.
Everyone was very helpful and we feel Mom is in great care and hand. Very nice staff and facility
