The tour of The Elms in Milford was a very positive experience. The environment was warm and welcoming from the start. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. I recently visited my grandfather and I loved how kind the staff are and the facility is great.
I’m leaving in two days and I would like to thank everyone at the Elms for helping me get back from a very bad situation I was in when I first came here. The staff has been great and very supportive and helpful. Thanks guys!!
I am a current resident and I think the nurses are very nice and helpful except for that my roommate has a habit of turning his TV on very loud and I complained to the social worker and she said she would let the unit manager know to take care of that well nothing seems to have been done and I’m kind of upset that I’m paying for this. My brother and his wife came to visit and we could barely hear each other.
