If I could leave a -0 review I would. My mother is there and the care is so terrible and unprofessional. I've never experienced anything like this. My mom voiced a few concerns to me over a 2 wk period. The last one was about a nurse named Jamie,she was very unprofessional,dressed in street clothes. My mom voiced her concerns and was told "We've received MULTIPLE complaints about her but we're short staffed" HA! My mom has MS and broke her leg. If I could leave zero stars I would! Dirty facility. Staff are unprofessional and don’t care about the residents. Administration and owners only care about money and don’t care about residents needing supplies. Don’t put your loved on in any 603 locations

The tour of The Elms in Milford was a very positive experience. The environment was warm and welcoming from the start. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. All questions were answered patiently, and the staff made everyone feel at ease. The interactions between staff and residents were positive and heartwarming.
