The receptionist was wonderful in trying to help me understand and walk me through the process the Jenifer Elkins as an attorney is horrible!!!!!! My case was completed however I would receive last minute information and the communication with the lawyer was AWFUL!!!!!! This was so much more confusing than it had to be. Found this office through my work insurance and was constantly told of new fees I would have to pay when that wasn't the case. Doesn't seem to care much about her clients!!
I payed this lawyer for a name change. Nothing! has been done! Be careful with her scam!! I lost 500$ next step bar association.
Used by legalease through work to find them. Took months to get any sort of response- no exaggeration months between emails. I am still waiting to get anything accomplished that I asked for. I feel very taken advantage of.
