Very poor communication and management. I scheduled an appointment with the office 3 weeks out and it was confirmed. I get a call the morning of the appointment that they need to reschedule to another day because they had another “meeting.” Office staff didn’t seem confident on the phone either
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I reached out to the lawyer about taking my case back in June 2025. It’s now February 2026 and I haven’t had any communication from the lawyer. Each time I call, the receptionist says she’s not in office and makes up excuses as to why she isn’t answering. I would think after a few months, you could at least reach out with updates. As a client of Jennifer Elkins in an active case for nearly 3 years now, I can attest to her extensive knowledge, and professionalism, as a family law attorney. As she said a few reviews before mine, in a response to my ex, she has successfully defended me against my ex for all these years, and has helped to keep my child safe when it mattered most. The receptionist was wonderful in trying to help me understand and walk me through the process the Jenifer Elkins as an attorney is horrible!!!!!! My case was completed however I would receive last minute information and the communication with the lawyer was AWFUL!!!!!! This was so much more confusing than it had to be. Found this office through my work insurance and was constantly told of new fees I would have to pay when that wasn't the case. Doesn't seem to care much about her clients!!
I payed this lawyer for a name change. Nothing! has been done! Be careful with her scam!! I lost 500$ next step bar association.
