Ordered a helmet online from them. Thought ordering online would be best, as to make sure I get the product I wanted quickly. After seven days they emailed me to tell me they're now sold out of the helmet I had ordered. Should've bought it from REI. Now everyone's sold out. Definitely would not purchase anything you really want online from them. They're probably really sold out.
