Very friendly, approachable team with excellent bike knowledge. Clearly they’re people that are passionate about cycling and bikes. Dom did a fantastic job ride-wrapping my new bike. It’s a super rare skill that takes time and patience and he did an awesome job.
Popped in the Stroud branch last Saturday morning and by Saturday afternoon I was out riding my first e-bike. Really pleased with my purchase which has helped me very quickly fall in love with riding again ! The lads in the Stroud store are supper helpful and very knowledgeable. Very lucky to have a business like this on our doorstep in the hilliest town in the county !! 5 Star service
Completely agree with other reviews- these guys know their stuff and go the extra mile to provide an excellent service. They managed to sort out a complex glitch with my e-bike and communication regarding progress was great- recommended.

Excellent service, brilliant staff! Dom should be Bicycle Repair Man of the Year for going above and beyond what one would expect! This guy saved me so much trouble by correcting my bike problem on the eve of foul weather and a train strike. Thank you again Dom. Keep up the good work. Halfords not bad, Electric Bike Shop so much better!
