Purchased an ncm m3 late last year, and I'm completely stoked with the product, I tend to wait a few months before I leave reviews for obvious reasons, but the purchase was seem less , the guys where great and would highly recommend these guys for sure 👍
I had been wanting an ebike for a while. Went to a few stores who all made it hard to test ride. The Electric Bike Company just made things easy, gave us good tips on what to look for, and 3 month later I'm stoked with the bike we got from them.
We brought 2 NCM Paris Plus folding e bikes from the Joondalup store the customer service was brillant, super friendly and explained and showed us how all the bikes folding parts worked. Highly recommend anyone looking to buy e bikes to see these guys. Peter Marrs
