Given up, two mattresses ordered one shows up other eventually arrives. Two different mattresses. Don't answer email phone number not answered. Poor. Additionally mattresses are thin uncomfortable. Very poor workmanship.

less than a year old and the mattress is not fit for purpose,i wake up aching all over it has lost its firmness and shape

Been trying for more than 2 weeks to arrange redelivery on a bed we paid for in full and getting nowhere fast! All we want is to arrange delivery so we can get the bed we ordered in the first place and this company is impossible to get hold of!!

Paula Pryor Ordered this bed for my 86 year old father with Mobility problems, bed took 5 weeks to arrive when it did DX didn't want to assemble the bed even though I paid £66 for it to be put together for my father! Then to find there is NO remote to the bed, tried to call company number unattainable so have email, no response as yet!!!!, what good is an electric bed unless you can use it!!!!!!

welds on main shaft snapped and bed is now less than 6 months isuseless, They do not respond to emails informing them that bed is not longer fit for purpose, now going down route to claim money back with Citizens advice.
