I have worked with attorneys most of my life but I have never met one that goes out of his way to help you like Dan, no matter how complicated the situation might be. We had a long arduous process of getting my husband approved for Medicaid and Dan was able to successfully get him approved. When I had issues arrive later , Dan went out of his way to help me navigate the process. He is a one in a million lawyer!!

I could not be more pleased with the results working with Daniel. He was able to get Medicaid approval for my husband. The process was very complicated and I could not have done it without his help. Mr. Munster is truly a subject matter expert, and one of the most ethical and helpful attorneys with whom I have worked. Our family faced some challenging issues in establishing a Special Needs Trust; however, Mr. Munster expertly negotiated all of the legal hurdles and other obstacles, and we were able to establish the critical trust fund. Daniel Munster is an exceptionally talented and highly skilled attorney who is compassionate, caring, and incredibly responsive.
