My mom was a resident for almost 3 years. At first everything was good but my mom needed extra care. The Elden was not able to assist with the care (after numerous requests) was promised things would change, nothing changed. We have moved mom out to ensure she gets the care she needs. Best of all moms full rent was taken out of her account (she only was there for 9 days of the month) we gave 30 days notice and they still took the full months rent. The Elden is a wonderful home for my mom. The excellent staff, the high care standards and especially the caring and compassionate manner in which each and every staff members demonstrates goes above and beyond their job. There are fabulous family activities which our grandchildren love. We cannot show how grateful we are for the staff at the Elden. My mom loves living there and she is thriving in this incredible environment. Thanks for all you do.
