Modern contemporary retirement residence. Welcomed by lovely, helpful front desk staff member.
My father moved into this retirement residence, a couple of months ago. It is a very modern snd somewhere where you could call home. There is a lovely bistro, a room for pool or just listening to music and also a private dining room for families to use for get-togethers. He is enjoying being there, his only complaint is about the food. The food is served to them lukewarm, sometimes even cool. My father was a resident here for the last year and a half. Thank you to everyone that looked after him. I appreciate you all and you made me feel at ease having him there knowing that he would be cared for.
My mom was a resident for almost 3 years. At first everything was good but my mom needed extra care. The Elden was not able to assist with the care (after numerous requests) was promised things would change, nothing changed. We have moved mom out to ensure she gets the care she needs. Best of all moms full rent was taken out of her account (she only was there for 9 days of the month) we gave 30 days notice and they still took the full months rent.
